On June 7, 2016, the West Virginia Health Care Authority declared a moratorium on the offering, development, acquisition or other establishment of In-Home Personal Care Services.
Applications currently under review are not affected by the moratorium. This moratorium shall continue until the development of State Health Plan Standards for evaluating In-Home Personal Care Services or one hundred eighty (180) days from the declaration of this moratorium, whichever is less.
